What we do

From land to a working data centre, we cover the full development cycle.

    We acquire, hold and lease land suited to data centre use, with grid power and water supply confirmed before we commit.

    Data centre development

    We develop data centre buildings and lease space within them, designed around the power density and cooling that AI workloads need.

    Hosting-ready infrastructure

    We provide hosting-ready facilities for data processing and hosting partners, so they can deploy and run their systems.

Sustainable by design

We choose sites where power and water capacity is confirmed, and design our facilities for low PUE and WUE, with closed-loop liquid cooling and renewable energy where available.

Growing with Malaysia

Aligned with MyDIGITAL, NIMP 2030 and the National Energy Transition Roadmap. We source locally wherever we can, work with Malaysian contractors, suppliers and universities, and develop local data centre talent.

  1. Smart Creation Technology Sdn. Bhd. incorporated in Malaysia

    The company was incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 as the project company, to take the site work forward and develop AI⁠-⁠ready data centre infrastructure in Malaysia.

  2. Project site evaluation begins

    Ahead of the company’s incorporation, the project team began assessing potential sites in Malaysia with landowners, utility providers and the relevant authorities, focusing on power, water and connectivity.
